- Why my tracks stored in SD-Card are not visible? How to update Library? Why newly added Tracks
doesn't show up or takes time to show Up?
App Relies on the inbuilt library which is managed by your phone . If your SD-Card is just inserted
give some time to the build in scanner to scan the songs and then it will show up, If it doesn't
help try restarting your phone. Also if you still cannot still the music try moving to "music"
folder instead
- How to Hide Tracks(Ringtone, notifications sounds etc)?
Try Disabling the "show All Audios" settings From Settings->Meta Data.
If Issue Still persist try adding a ".nomedia" file to the Folder of tracks you want to hide.
Also you can Blacklist songs and exclude folder from player.
- How to Blacklist Tracks?Exclude Folders from Library?
For Blacklisting Tracks click the overflow button on the track and select "add to blacklist" .
For Excluding Folders click the overflow button on the folder and select "Exclude Folder".
Note:-
Blacklist and Excluding only work on this app, the tracks will still show in other
apps.
- How to Rescan the whole Library? how to get rid of corrupt unplayable or duplicate tracks?
You try can re scan the library by go into Phone Settings -> Apps -> System -> Media Storage ->
Clear Data. Then reboot.
Note:-Everything will be rescanned from scratch, that includes All photo-Images, Videos,
Audio and all Playlists, i.e. some or all of these might be lost. However no files will be
deleted.
Doing this might also fix the issue of duplicate corrupt or unplayable tracks.
- Why cant it play some audio Formats like alac ?
This App relies on the build-in audio decoder in your phone , the supported formats depends on
manufactures ,hardware and android version.

- The Tracks bought from google Play aren't shown, How to show it ?
Download the track from from your account by login into your computer as MP3 files(Note that you can
only download each track twice).
Transfer the track into your device as Mp3 to your folder and then you can see it.
- Cannot see the Widget anymore(Just updated the app or moved the app to SD-Card) ?
App on SD-Card cannot display widgets due to android limitation, Move the app back to Internal
Storage to see the widgets again .
If you cant see the widgets after update or after moving to internal try restarting the device.
- Why Can't we Download Tracks?
This is a music player not a music downloader, To download music download a downloader app or use
google.
App does not support downloading due to copyright laws and there are no plan currently for support
in future.
- How to see Track Lyrics?
Go to Now Playing View click on overflow menu button and click "show Lyrics".

- How to Edit or Add Lyrics?
Click on overflow menu of the track whose tags you want to edit.
In The Tag Edit Screen you can add Lyrics and save it (Note: This Feature is Pro Only).
- Why I cant see LockScreen Controls?
Please check if you have enabled LockScreen Controls in Settings->Remote.
Some Manufacturer doesn't support inbuilt Lockscreen .
-Cant see LockScreen Controls in Android Lollipop After Upgrade?
Please check if you have Selected "Don't show Notification At all" in "When Device is Locked"
Setting, Change it to show Lockscreen controls .
- How to Show bitrate and Sampling Rate in UI of now playing Track?
This Feature is available in Pro Go to Settings->NowPlaying->"Show Extra Info"
-How to avoid the album art getting Stretched(fill remaining space) or getting CutOff?
Go to Settings->NowPlaying->"Scale Album Art".
Turning this on Will stretch the AlbumArt and off will cutoff the albumArt and respect the aspect
Ratio.
-How to Change Player Background Type?
Go to Settings->NowPlaying->"Player Background".
You can Select any Type of background from available four options
- How to see AlbumArtist?
Go to Artist Tab and Select View Mode->"AlbumArtist"
- Translation is inComplete for my Language? How To add?
Translation is supported by community so you can help us by adding the missing Translation by selecting Help Translation in Settings->About->"Help Translation".
- What is Beta Testing Program? How To Join?
Beta Testing Program is program where you get the fast updates and latest feature but with beta quality i.e it may have bugs so sign up if you want to help fix bug and get update first. You can Join by selecting Join Beta Program in Settings->About->"Join Beta Program"
- No New Beta Version After Joining?
A Beta Version may not be always available, If you didn't receive an update in a day then most probably there is no new update available in beta.
- How to Edit tags and AlbumArt?
Click on overflow menu of the track whose tags you want to edit.

- How to Use Custom Equalizer?
Go to Equalizer Screen From Left Drawer Click on the setting icon at the Top rightMost, That will open a list of all Other Equalizer Installed on your phone. If there is only one it will open directly.
Note:- Turning this app equalizer on will automatically turn off other equalizer
- Why is Equalizer Settings disabled?
Go to Equalizer Screen From Left Drawer Turn on the slider to enable the Equalizer.

- Why Missing Album/Artist Artwork are not downloading?
Album/Artist Artwork are only downloaded by default on wifi, if you want to change this go to settings->Album Art->"Download Via Wifi Only"
- How to Prefer Online Artwork over local or embedded Artwork?
go to settings->Album Art->"Prefer Online Artwork"
