What can be backed up
Super Backup can backup your apps, sms, contacts, call logs, calendars, bookmarks.

How to backup app's data?
If your device is rooted, and you allow Super Backup to access Superuser, the app's data will be backed up by default. Otherwise only the apk files will be backed up.

How to change backup folder path?
The default backup folder name is "SmsContactsBackup" in your storage card, and the path is such as "/sdcard/SmsContactsBackup".
Usually the storage card is your internal storage card, as many devices have no external sdcard.
You can change the backup folder path in "Settings" by click "Backup Path" item.

What should do before reset or update ROM?
First, you should backup all your data with Super Backup to save the latest datas.
If you just reset your device, the data files in your storage card will not be wiped.
If you want to update your ROM in recovery mode, please copy the backup folder such as "SmsContactsBackup" by default to your external sdcard or your PC.

How to restore?
Step1:Please copy the entire backup folder "SmsContactsBackup" in your old phone's sdcard(internal or external) to your new phone's sdcard(prefer internal sdcard). Also if you have uploaded your backup files to your gmail, you can download the backup files from your gmail to your new phone's sdcard.
Step2:Then install Super Backup on your new phone, and click "Restore" button， it will show a "Select backup file" dialog, click one backup file in the files list to restore. If there is no files in the dialog's list, click "Parent folder", switch to the real backup files's folder to restore

Schedule Backup
You can set schedule auto backup for sms\contacts\call logs. Currently calendars\bookmarks\apps backup not support schedule backup.

How to change upload gmail account?
If you have set the "Upload to Gmail" account， then you can click "Remove gmail account" to clear currently used gmail accout, and then click "Upload to Gmail" to choose a new gmail account.

What’s the specific time of shcedule backup?
It depends on the "Regular Backup Settings" selected time. For example, you just selected "every 3 days" of "regular sms backup" at 15:00 on 2013/12/25, then the first auto-backup action time will be 15:00 on 2013/12/28.

Android 4.4 KitKat external storage backup
For android 4.4 KitKat, if you want to backup files to your external SD card, the allowed backup folder path will like "/extSdcard/Android/data/com.idea.backup.smscontacts/", because only this folder is writable for Super Backup.
