Widget

The widget color indicator and image on the Home screen informs you about the protection status of your device and allows you to configure the app settings.

A green shield indicates that the recommended or extended protection mode is enabled. A gray shield indicates that Protection is disabled. A green background indicates that confidential information is hidden; a gray background indicates that confidential information is displayed. An exclamation mark in a yellow triangle means that the license has expired.

You can allow/block displaying of the widget on the Home screen of the device.

You can allow the widget to be added to the Home screen of the device, and allow the status of Privacy Protection to be displayed in the widget (signaled by the background color of the widget).

Enable widget

Allow / block the display of the widget on the Home screen of the device. If the check box is selected, the widget is displayed in the list of available widgets. If this check box is cleared, on restarting the device, the widget is not displayed in the list of available widgets and cannot be added to the Home screen of the device.

Show Privacy Protection status

Show / hide the status of Privacy Protection in the Home screen widget.

If the check box is selected, the background color of widget indicates the status. A green background indicates that confidential information is hidden; a gray background indicates that confidential information is displayed.

If the check box is cleared, the widget does not show the status of Privacy Protection. The background color of the widget does not change in accordance with the status of Privacy Protection, and remains gray.
